It all started when…

Founded by Peter Gardner in 2001, Gardner Development is a vertically integrated real estate development and construction firm focusing on historic renovations in New Orleans Louisiana, renovating or constructing over 500 units of residential, multi-family, event, and hospitality spaces over the last 20+ years.

In 2011 Gardner Construction was incorporated, formalizing the in construction processes that had been going on since the beginning. Gardner Construction is a general contractor responsible for building or developing all projects in house, from 800sf single family houses to 110,000 sf mixed use apartment complexes.

In 2012 Prytania Properties was created to manage the new units created as part of the development process. Prytania Properties currently manages approximately 450 units of residential and commercial property in New Orleans
